Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance on quality matters related to wind energy projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations to resolve quality issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of defects or non-conformities.
  • Conduct quality audits at wind turbine sites to ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Complete check list of Mechanical, Electrical & civil quality work.
  • As and when required climbing on the tower for quality assurance releated work.

Monitor the Execution, Pre-comm, HOTO, Safe run observations and ensure customer complaints and technical closure in timely manner.

  1. Use NCR portal to document the product related NCR and Co-ordinate with SCM and technology for getting timely resolution of NCR

  2. Lead the system audits conducted at project site by internal or external agencies and ensure closure report is submitted within targeted time

  3. Ensure implementation of RFD, track the closure of RFD and initiate improvements on repetitive issues
