Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of labour and installation billing, including checking, booking, and payment processing. The role also requires regular coordination with site teams and approvals in case of over-budget scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process labour and installation bills.
  • Ensure accurate booking and timely payments of bills.
  • Perform site visits as required for physical verification and budget approvals.
  • Manage TDS deductions and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update accounts using SAP B1 and Excel.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approval for over-budget expenses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve any billing issues.
  • Assist with other accounting functions as directed by the HOD.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in billing and site-related accounting tasks.

Skill Set:

  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with labour billing and installation project expenses.
  • Proficient in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of TDS rules and application.
  • Ability to travel to sites when necessary.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
