Role Overview: You will be responsible for determining clients" needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions for them. You will also be involved in negotiating processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters to ensure fair and honest dealings. Additionally, you will perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties.
