Key Deliverables
Training Calendar Creation :

• Create Beat Plan basis training need identification.
• Training Delivery and Governance :
• Train OR team on Product selling and customer experience management.
• Ensure implementation of training guidelines at stores.
• Travel stores to train the CROs and conduct training need analysis trainings resulting in increase in sales.
Operations:

• Monitor, review and drive performance of CRO
• Drive training and certification targets for new and existing store staff
• Identify gaps & create solutions to improve the induction & output of store staff
Skills Required

• Soft skills
• CS process training
• Device familiarity & selling skills training
• Mobile Technology landscape

Educational Qualifications

• Must have: Post-graduation, MBA or equivalent Business Management Diploma Work Experience

• Must have: 3-5 years of training experience
