We are seeking an experienced and motivated Faculty/Trainer to deliver training for the Fast-Track Diploma in Corporate Accounting (FDCA) program. The trainer will be responsible for teaching practical and theoretical aspects of corporate accounting, taxation, and financial reporting while ensuring students gain hands-on exposure to industry-relevant tools and practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured training sessions on Corporate Accounting, Financial Management, and related modules under FDCA. Teach students accounting principles, corporate finance, taxation, payroll management, and compliance. Provide hands-on training in Tally ERP, SAP (FI/CO basics), MS Excel (advanced), and other accounting tools. Guide learners on preparing financial statements, GST filing, TDS, Income Tax, and corporate statutory compliance. Develop training materials, case studies, and real-life business scenarios for practical learning. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams. Mentor students in career readiness, resume building, and interview preparation for corporate accounting roles. Stay updated with industry changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications like CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), ACCA, or equivalent preferred. Minimum 2–5 years of industry or teaching experience in accounting, finance, or taxation. Strong knowledge of Corporate Accounting, GST, TDS, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP (FI/CO), and Advanced Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for training, mentoring, and guiding students. Preferred Qualifications: Prior teaching/training experience in accounting or corporate finance. Exposure to corporate MIS reporting and data analysis. Knowledge of Power BI or other financial analytics tools will be an added advantage.
