Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive
Operations Manager
to streamline and optimize business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution across academics, sales, marketing, and tech teams, while implementing processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Design and implement processes for improved efficiency and output.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports for leadership review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5–7 years
    of proven experience in operations management
    (EdTech preferred)
    .
  • Strong problem-solving and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
