Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts and Commercial Manager located in New Delhi. The Accounts and Commercial Manager will oversee financial operations, manage commercial activities, evaluate business opportunities, develop strategies for growth, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements. The role also includes leading teams, creating business plans, analyzing data to support decision-making, and managing client and vendor relationships to drive success.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and decision-making
- Expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning to drive revenue and growth strategies
- Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster collaboration
- Experience in Contract Management, including negotiation and ensuring compliance with agreements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in using financial management software and tools
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and business solutions is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in commerce or CA or CA Inter
