About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Executive to play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient administrative management of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and audits, managing compliance, and coordinating administrative processes to enable seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Management:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper recording of all transactions in the system.
  • Verify payments, reimbursements, purchase orders, and staff claims.
  • Assist in budget preparation, track project budgets, and monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and donor reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain documentation for grant audits and donor reviews.
  • Prepare and update SOPs as per organizational guidelines.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF).
  • Coordinate internal processes, including approvals with PMC/accounts/materials.
  • Handle day-to-day finance operations such as payments, claims, and purchase orders.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures carefully.
  • Manage any ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Head Finance.

Administration Management:

  • Maintain proper documentation and organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must hold a Postgraduate degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) / Accounting / Finance. A minimum of 70% marks throughout academics is mandatory.

Salary: 5 LPA to 7.2 LPA (subject to the candidate's credentials and professional experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
