Role Description
We are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference and driving impact for social and economic change.
Location: Delhi
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and the CEO.
Assist and communicate with internal & external stakeholders in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation.
Track and Publish strategic performance parameters periodically, report highlights & lowlights and initiate corrective measures, preventive measures for shortfalls (if any).
Publish success stories & Celebrate them among internal and external stakeholders.
Build & Implement a Proprietary Dignified Work Place Program & Practices for Work Places
Build & Implement a Capacity Building Bridge Course for Empowerment of Work Force with Work Ethics & Productivity Hacks to ensure their dignity at workplaces.
Build and manage partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government institutions to advance WWD's mission and programs.
Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities that create shared value and impact.
Represent WWD at external forums, meetings, and events to strengthen institutional relationships.
