Position: Pre-Sales Solution Consultant
In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and selling digital transformation solutions to HCLTech customers. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and highly motivated senior pre-sales and solutioning manager, driving the sales of our cutting-edge AI and Generative AI/Agentic AL solutions. You will identify and qualify opportunities, lead technical pre-sales activities, and craft compelling solutions addressing client needs. Collaboration with the sales team to develop and execute winning sales strategies is essential for ensuring successful client engagements and maximizing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the sales/pre-sales team to support RFx processes by identifying AI/Generative AI/ Agentic AI opportunities and designing solutions, commercial proposals, and benefits.
- Liaise with delivery teams to create demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales to uncover high-value opportunities within existing and new accounts. Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their pain points, business objectives, and technical requirements.
- Develop tailored AI/Generative AI /Agentic AI solutions that align with client needs and deliver measurable value.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our AI/Generative AI/ Agentic AI solutions. Create proposals outlining the technical and business benefits of our solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with practice teams to upsell and cross-sell automation ideas within the existing customer base.
- Provide training and support to sales representatives on AI/Generative AI/ Agentic AI products and solutions. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as blogs, whitepapers, and webinars.
Key Skills, Competencies, and Knowledge:
- 15+ years of experience in transformation and automation domains.
- Deep understanding of AI/Generative AI/ Agentic AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong track record of successful pre-sales engagements and achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions.
- Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing services across various verticals to lend a strategic and market perspective.
- Experience leading customer-facing discussions and interfacing with business, IT, finance, and legal teams of the customer.
- Experience working in cross-cultural teams with sensitivity.
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- A continuous learning mindset with eagerness to learn new technologies.
