Hiring - Overseas Location

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance financial management and decision-making.

  • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations through in-depth financial data analysis.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial obligations.

  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • Manage and optimize tax planning and compliance, including income tax and other relevant taxes.

  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to minimize financial risk.

  • Monitor cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity and working capital needs are met.

  • Implement strategies to optimize cash management and maximize return on excess funds. Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

  • Coordinate with auditors to address accounting and auditing matters.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and operations, to enhance commercial effectiveness.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support commercial decision-making and profitability.

  • Ensure the organization's compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards, supporting commercial operations.


•Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance commercial operations.

Desired Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation

  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge

  • Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


•Ability to work well independently as well as the ability to work with Stakeholders and communicate the benefits of tax initiatives.

  • Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
