Job Purpose & Summary

Reporting to the Director, the Project Manager – Growth & Sales
is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic projects that drive company growth and sales performance. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth initiatives, monitor sales metrics, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with company objectives.

Key Accountabilities & Duties

  • Develop, manage, and implement strategic projects to drive sales growth and business expansion.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate actionable reports for leadership.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and revenue generation.
  • Assist in designing sales campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate team meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize company growth strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Occupational Experience & Education Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and implementing successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
