Job Title: Store Executive (Fresher)

Location: Bhosari

Department: Stores

Reports To: Purchase Head

Job Summary

The Store Executive (Fresher) will support day-to-day store activities such as receiving materials, arranging them properly, issuing materials to departments, and maintaining basic records. The role includes learning SAP / ERP entries, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring smooth material flow for production.

Key Responsibilities1. Material Handling

  • Assist in receiving raw materials, consumables, and tools.
  • Physically count items and verify packaging/labels before storage.
  • Arrange and store materials in the correct bins/racks.

2. Material Issuance

  • Issue materials to production based on approvals given by seniors.
  • Record material movement in register / Excel / SAP (after training).
  • Follow FIFO principles while issuing materials.

3. Documentation & SAP Learning

  • Maintain basic store documents such as inward and outward registers.
  • Support the preparation of GRN, issue slip, and return slip.
  • Learn and update transactions in SAP / ERP under supervision.

4. Stock Checking

  • Assist in monthly physical stock verification.
  • Help in reconciling physical stock with system records.

5. Store Organization

  • Maintain proper labelling, binning, and stacking of materials.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and help implement 5S.

6. Coordination

  • Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material movement.
  • Inform seniors about material shortage or any discrepancy.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering materials and tools
  • Willingness to learn SAP / ERP systems
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Ability to follow instructions and work systematically
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / computer (preferred)

Education & Eligibility

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) – Fresher
  • 0–1 year experience in stores / manufacturing preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
