Store Executive

**Job Title: Store In-charge**

**Location**: Bhosari
**Reports To**: Manager/CEO

**Job Summary**

The Store In
- charge is responsible for managing all activities related to material receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation within the store. This includes ensuring timely material availability, maintaining accurate inventory records, and using **SAP** or equivalent ERP systems for material management. The role supports smooth production operations by ensuring efficient and organized material handling.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Inventory Management**
- Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, tools, and finished goods.
- Regularly update stock status and transactions in **SAP** to maintain real-time accuracy.
- Initiate purchase requisitions through SAP when minimum stock levels are reached.

**2. Material Receipt and Inspection**
- Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with the QC team for quality checks and approvals.
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in **SAP** and file supporting documents.

**3. Material Issuance**
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions and production schedules.
- Record all outward movements in SAP and maintain traceability using FIFO principles.

**4. Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain all inventory-related documentation including GRNs, issue slips, bin cards, and return notes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports from SAP for management review.

**5. Store Organization and Housekeeping**
- Ensure systematic labelling, binning, and classification of materials in the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with 5S and workplace safety standards.

**6. Coordination**
- Liaise with the purchase, planning, production, and finance teams for smooth flow of materials and documentation.
- Follow up with vendors for pending deliveries or discrepancy resolutions.

**7. Stock Audits**
- Conduct monthly and annual stock verifications in coordination with the accounts and audit teams.
- Reconcile physical stock with SAP system entries and resolve discrepancies.

**8. Tool and Consumable Tracking**
- Maintain issue records for tools, measuring instruments, and consumables using SAP.
- Monitor return cycles, calibrations, and tool replacement requirements.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in **SAP B1 module**or equivalent ERP system
- Solid understanding of inventory and store management in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with fabrication and machining raw materials, tools, and consumables
- Knowledge of 5S, FIFO, safety norms, and stock reconciliation practices
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of GRN, GST, and audit compliance
- Good communication and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
