Salary - ₹ 13000to ₹20000 per month

Qualifications:

**Job Description**:
Primary Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.

Manage Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processes accurately.

ERP Software Utilization:
Proficient in using ERP software for inventory tracking and management.

Update and maintain records in the ERP system to reflect current stock levels.

Stock Management:
Manage day-to-day stock updates to ensure inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams to manage stock levels effectively.

Handle delivery challans, ensuring all documents are correct and compliant with company standards.

Courier Partner Coordination:
Liaise with courier and logistics partners for timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues with shipments promptly.

Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and manage purchase and sales entries in the accounting system.

Generate reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.

Additional Duties:
Assist in the physical organization of the warehouse or storeroom.

Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines in storage areas.

Participate in stock audits and assist in inventory planning.

Skills Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various departments and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Basic understanding of accounting principles for purchase and sales entries.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and organizing stock.
