We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced CBSE Resource Personnel to strengthen our academic team and guide the institution towards excellence.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 years of CBSE experience in academics and administration.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a CBSE Principal.
  • Ph.D. in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / English / Biology (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in teacher training, academic leadership, and curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train Teachers, Principals, and HODs on CBSE academic practices.
  • Set and validate question papers ensuring alignment with CBSE standards.
  • Monitor and validate academic processes for consistency and quality.
  • Introduce innovative academic strategies to take the school to the next level.
  • Provide mentorship to staff for professional growth.
  • Support in achieving academic excellence and improved student outcomes.
