About the Role

Required Skills:

  • Define and own the technical architecture and migration road map from Rally to ADO
  • Drive strategic decisions on tooling, data fidelity, field mapping and process harmonization.
  • Engage with Senior stakeholders (Product, Security, infrastructure and compliance) to align goals and timelines.
  • Conduct risk management and lead resolution plans for infra, data or access related blockers.
  • Guide lead engineer and DevOps teams on technical implementation and field transformation logic and workflow mapping.
  • Own the cutover strategy including roll back plans, data validation frameworks and post migration Hyper Care.
  • Influence ADO best practices adoption across teams including boards, Queries, Dashboards and Analytics.
  • Present status, Key risks and technical insights to the program steering committee.
