Hiring for an Outbound Sales & Business Data Executive
Location: India (Remote)
Responsibilities
- Outreach U.S. commercial and trucking businesses through calls, email, and text; heavy emphasis on persuasive calling & conversions
- Build trust fast, pitch confidently, and close qualified prospects
- Collect and document accurate business details (decision-makers, operations, needs, timelines, etc.)
- Qualify leads and advance them through the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM and spreadsheet data
- Hit daily call volumes, lead targets, and conversion quotas
Requirements
- Proven outbound telesales experience (U.S. market preferred)
- Excellent spoken English with confident, persuasive communication
- Strong objection-handling and closing ability
- High attention to detail for accurate business data capture
- Extreme ownership mindset — proactive, persistent, and accountable
- Strong time-management & follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Ethical selling & compliance with process standards
Compensation
Base salary + commission per sale + performance incentives
