Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across BUs
Identify target audiences and build positioning strategies tailored to each business vertical.
Align marketing objectives with overall business goals and revenue targets.
Brand Management
Manage and grow brand equity for existing brands and BU's
Oversee the creation of branding assets and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, OOH, etc.).
Manage product launches, seasonal promotions, and event-specific campaigns.
Track and report KPIs, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Digital & Social Media
Drive digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer partnerships.
Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement for both verticals.
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Build strategic partnerships for events and cross-promotional opportunities for FMCG brands.
Negotiate and manage sponsorship agreements and brand collaborations.
Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead a team of marketing executives and coordinate with sales, creative, PR, and product teams.
Liaise with external agencies (advertising, media buying, PR, digital).
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both FMCG and Events.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
Proven track record of driving growth and delivering measurable results.
