Job Opportunity: Lead Product Strategist
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading product strategies and ensuring timely execution. This includes identifying new avenues to develop brand portfolios, designing promotional materials, and guiding the field force to ensure continuous growth of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing product strategies and ensuring their implementation.
- Specifying market requirements for current & future products through market research.
- Planning and designing promotional materials to support sales/marketing objectives.
- Training, motivating, and guiding the field force to achieve growth targets.
- Acting as a point of reference for all product-related enquiries.
- Identifying entry barriers for competition by innovating products and packaging.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be goal-oriented, and have a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive behavior. You should also be able to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects, and inspire others.
Desirable Skills:
- Product knowledge.
- Data analysis.
- Awareness of competitors & market trends.
