Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our e-commerce sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, managing marketplace and D2C channels, building key partnerships, and leading a team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Plan promotional campaigns and sales initiatives aligned with marketing and inventory teams.
  • Analyze consumer trends and optimize pricing, assortment, and promotions.

2. Channel & Marketplace Management

  • Manage relationships with major online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  • Ensure high visibility and conversion rates for listed products.
  • Monitor product listings, content accuracy, stock availability, and fulfillment metrics.

3. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and coordinators.
  • Set performance KPIs and track team progress using CRM tools.

4. Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channel expansions.
  • Negotiate contracts and commission structures with online partners.

5. Performance Analysis

  • Track and report key sales metrics (GMV, ROI, CAC, repeat rate, etc.).
  • Use data insights to recommend strategies for improving sales performance.

6. Customer & Brand Experience

  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across all e-commerce touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
