The Platinum Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. This role is integral to the success of our Branch Banking-Service department, as it drives business growth and enhances client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Build and manage a portfolio of high-value business clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business banking portfolio.
- Proactively identify and address client needs, offering tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and industry trends to provide insightful advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide periodic updates on market developments.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management or business banking.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, especially in business banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-net-worth individuals.
- Analytical skills to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant banking software.
- A valid license to practice as a relationship manager, if required by local regulations.
