Field Sales Executive (XFE) – Broadband & Fiber | Airtel
Job Summary:
Airtel is looking for a Field Sales Executive (XFE) to drive broadband and fiber sales, customer acquisition, and service activations within the assigned territory. The role involves a mix of inside and field sales activities, including customer interaction, lead generation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through door-to-door visits, society/RWA campaigns, and local partner tie-ups.
- Explain Airtel broadband and fiber plans, highlighting key features and benefits to potential customers.
- Convert leads into sales by completing documentation and coordinating installation and activation.
- Handle both inside sales (at partner retail outlets like MyG, G Mart) and field sales visits.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer information using Airtel's CRM tools.
- Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries to ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with backend and technical teams to ensure smooth connection delivery and issue resolution.
- Follow all company policies, process guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Represent the Airtel brand professionally in the market and uphold company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (HSC) or above.
- Experience: 1 year or more in field/inside sales (preferably in telecom, broadband, or FMCG).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
