**Job Title: Sales Executive - Kerala Region**

**Location**: Kerala, India (with reporting to the head office in Surat)

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Kerala.
- Identify and prioritize potential customers, including têxtile retailers, boutique owners, and garment manufacturers, in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business accounts and partnerships.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized service.

2. **Network Setup and Expansion**:

- Establish and expand a strong network of distributors, agents, and channel partners across Kerala to enhance market coverage and distribution reach.
- Identify suitable distribution channels and retail outlets in different regions to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and industry associations to leverage existing networks and explore new business opportunities.

3. **Market Analysis and Intelligence**:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
- Gather market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the head office on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor movements in Kerala.

4. **Reporting and Performance Tracking**:

- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to the head office on a regular basis.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration to measure progress against targets.
- Provide actionable recommendations and insights to optimize sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth in Kerala.

5. **Training and Support**:

- Provide training, guidance, and support to internal sales team members, distributors, and channel partners in Kerala.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for the company's values, culture, and quality standards in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales and business development experience, preferably in the têxtile or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the Kerala market landscape, including customer segments, distribution channels, and competitive dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala and occasionally to the head office in Surat as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
