**Job Overview**:
As a **Field Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving the sales of [company's product/service] within your assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships, and generate leads to increase sales revenue. The role will involve traveling extensively within your region to meet customers, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned geographic area.
- Promote and sell [products/services] to new and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- **Market Research**:
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the assigned area.
- Gather feedback from customers to assist in improving product/service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion in the region.
- **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and value propositions.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including forecasting and progress towards targets.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers.
- Close deals and ensure signed contracts are processed efficiently.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Share customer insights with the product and marketing teams for product development and improvements.
