**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and generate leads among **business owners, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs** through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet potential clients, explain training programs, and convert prospects into paid enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Execute **client meetings, and local marketing activities** to build visibility.
- Achieve assigned **sales targets** in the designated territory.
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or reporting formats.
- Provide **market insights and feedback** to management for refining sales strategies.
**Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in **Business, Marketing, or related field** (preferred).
**Experience**
- **1-2 years of field sales experience** in B2B / MSME / SME sectors.
- Prior experience in selling **training programs, business services, or related offerings** is an advantage.
**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong **B2B sales and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to build **long-term professional relationships** with entrepreneurs.
- Excellent **communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities**.
- Knowledge of **local MSME ecosystem and business community**.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in **MS Office / Google Workspace** for reporting and follow-ups.

- Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
