Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our Telecom Enterprise Plans portfolio across South India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within telecom or related technology domains, and a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs in key verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales for telecom enterprise plans, targeting mid-to-large enterprises across the region.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Present customized telecom solutions to address specific business challenges.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and provide actionable insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for solution design, pricing, and post-sales support.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of sales activities via CRM tools.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom or enterprise connectivity solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large accounts and close complex sales deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across South Indian cities.
  • Familiarity with enterprise requirements in manufacturing, trading, services, and financial sectors is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an added advantage.
