Job Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle to meet the manpower needs of Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for various functions, ensuring timely closure of positions, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand role requirements and timelines.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary and finalize offers in line with company policies.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports to management.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Support employer branding activities to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases.
