Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Promote and sell company products/services.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and close sales deals.
- Maintain records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools is a plus.
