Position : Sr. Tech Lead Microsoft Full Stack

Experience: 10 to 14 Years

Location : Pune - Hybrid

We are seeking a talented Senior Tech Lead to join our fast-growing startup team. As a Senior Lead, you will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions using C#, .NET, , and various design patterns. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, utilizing Agile methodologies and AWS services to deliver cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design scalable software solutions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable SaaS applications using high-quality code using C#, .NET, and to meet product objectives.
  • Implement best practices and design patterns to ensure code maintainability, scalability, and performance optimization.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance code quality, accelerate development and improve productivity
  • Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior engineers to promote skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritize features, plan sprints, and deliver product increments in an Agile environment.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures to support seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to improve system reliability and user experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, utilizing services such as EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to automate deployment processes, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure application scalability and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills. English (written and verbal)

Background

  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development with expertise in C#, .NET, and
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure, including deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools to write, test, or review code efficiently
  • Familiarity with AI-based testing frameworks
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (ASP.NET, Web API).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, database design, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
