About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive with hands-on experience in IT staffing for

GCC clients. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals from India

for contract positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment,

understands GCC market dynamics, and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates within

tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC IT requirements: sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and closing.

  • Partner with TA managers to understand client needs and provide daily updates on

candidate pipelines.

  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and

networking groups.

  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-demand IT skills (Java, Cloud,

Cybersecurity, Networking, SAP, etc.).

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure alignment with GCC compensation

structures.

  • Track and achieve recruitment KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, closures, and

revenue impact.

  • Maintain an updated candidate database/ATS to ensure quick turnaround on client

requirements.

Requirements:

  • years of IT recruitment experience in a staffing/consulting firm (not just

corporate HR).

  • Education Background: B.Tech/B.E(Non-Negotiable)
  • Proven track record in GCC IT hiring (contract staffing).
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in Boolean searches and

multiple platforms.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under tight client deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment dashboards.
  • Exposure to cross-border staffing (India GCC mobilisation).
