Overview: The National Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, leading and managing a national sales team to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and contribute to the overall success of the company. This position requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement sales strategies, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and drive the achievement of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Manage, mentor, and lead a national sales team to drive performance and achieve objectives
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies and product offerings
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Participate in the development of pricing strategies and sales plans
  • Conduct regular sales team meetings and performance reviews
  • Oversee the development and execution of sales training programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel nationally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and metrics
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
