Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Head at Prashar Road Carriers Pvt. Ltd., located in New Delhi. The Business Development Head will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to drive business growth, and managing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, leading and managing the development team, overseeing R&D projects, and ensuring timely project delivery. Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and ability to conduct thorough market research
  • Team Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively lead development teams
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
