About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager who lives and breathes sales. Someone who doesn't just chase targets but smashes them. You should be the kind of salesperson who can sell a refrigerator to an Eskimo and thrives on closing deals. Your mission is to bring in new clients from the US and European markets, generate serious revenue, and lead a team that delivers results.
What You'll Do
- Hunt and close new clients across US and Europe
- Create and execute aggressive sales strategies to drive revenue
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities
- Lead a team of sales professionals, set bold targets, and make sure they are hit
- Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with confidence
- Track numbers, own your targets, and deliver consistent growth
What We Need
- At least 5 years of hardcore sales or business development experience
- A proven record of smashing targets and generating revenue
- Experience in IT services, outsourcing, or consulting sales (bonus if you have sold internationally)
- Strong connections in US and European markets
- A true closer with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership ability to build and drive a winning sales team
- A relentless no-excuses attitude where only results matter
