. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing real estate and hospitality sector, while working directly with our sales and business development team.

What you'll do:

  • Understand Union Living's co-living model and explain our offerings to potential customers.
  • Assist in end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to client conversion.
  • Conduct property tours and help showcase the value of our spaces to prospects.
  • Engage with students, working professionals, and corporates to build strong client relationships.
  • Support the team in creating and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
  • Participate in on-ground activities, events, and campaigns to promote Union Living.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand campaigns.

You are:

  • A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with new people.
  • Someone with a natural flair for persuasion and relationship building.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, property visits, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Curious to learn about sales, business development, and customer experience.
  • Driven, energetic, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to feedback, quick to adapt, and eager to contribute to the team's success.
