Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Intern located in Mumbai. The Sales Intern will assist in day-to-day sales operations, actively engage with customers, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing stock, assisting in visual merchandising, and learning from sales management strategies. The role also involves communicating effectively with customers and team members, and participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Support abandoned cart recovery efforts by leveraging Salesforce capabilities for customer outreach and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation and
  • conversion strategies using data-driven insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Passion for sneakers and streetwear culture is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
