Responsibilities:

  8. Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.

  9. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

  10. Team Leadership:

  11. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing construction team.

  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the construction division.

  13. Regulatory Compliance:

  14. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to construction activities.

  15. Stay abreast of industry trends, standards, and best practices.

  16. Risk Management:

  17. Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, implementing effective risk management strategies.

  18. Monitor industry trends and emerging risks that may impact construction operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

  • Extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations, trends, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
