Front Desk Receptionist at Pune Clinic
Experience: Minimum 1 year to 3 years in Hospital/Healthcare/Wellness industry.
Job Description:
- Manage the front desk/reception in the best possible manner.
- Ensure the front desk/reception area is neat & tidy.
- Attend to clients/patients promptly & professionally.
- Should be able to handle clients efficiently at the reception area.
- Attend to in-coming calls from clients/patients.
- Talk to clients/patients as per Company norms.
- Maintain, enter & record clients'/patients' data in the system.
- Monitor and record petty cash payments, handle balance petty cash, prepare travel vouchers, basic cashiering duties, basic book-keeping duties etc.
- Send daily/timely reports to HO.
- Assist Centre Manager in day to day tasks.
- If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication in English
- Formal attire.
- Good & positive body language.
- Smile & greetings are a must.
- Good knowledge about the Company.
- Good etiquette.
- Good manners.
- Good communication.
- Computer savvy.
- Should be able to handle irate clients/patients.
- Should never leave the front desk/reception empty.
- Should never be busy with personal mobile phone.
- Should always carry a client/patient first attitude.
- Should be dedicated, spontaneous & self-driven.
- Should execute responsibilities in an impeccable manner.
- Should lead by example.
- Should be good in team work.
- Should never compromise on work standard.
- Should have a strong sense of ownership & integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
