**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced **Center Incharge** to lead operations at our diagnostic laboratory. This role involves overseeing daily activities, managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality patient service, and meeting business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day lab operations including front desk, sample collection, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, NABL/ISO standards, and safety protocols.
- Lead and supervise lab, phlebotomy, front office, and housekeeping staff.
- Enhance patient satisfaction and handle feedback.
- Drive walk-ins and B2B business through local tie-ups and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor inventory, control costs, and meet revenue targets.
- Maintain documentation and submit timely MIS reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Life Sciences / MLT / Healthcare Management; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in diagnostic centers or hospital units.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, lab software (LIS), and CRM tools.
