**Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and staff with a positive and friendly attitude.
**Appointment Scheduling**:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients with doctors, ensuring an organized and efficient booking process.
**Billing Operations**:
- Manage patient billing processes, including preparing invoices, handling payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
- Provide information to patients regarding hospital services, doctor availability, and appointment timings.
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining the reception area.
- Liaise with doctors and other hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in healthcare or administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or billing role (preferably in a healthcare or Ayurveda setting).
- Proficiency in using billing software and appointment scheduling systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A warm, approachable personality with a customer-service orientation.
