Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the creation and execution of strategic influencer partnerships that amplify our brand presence, generate ROI-driven campaigns, and fuel community growth. You will own the end-to-end influencer strategy — from identifying talent and negotiating contracts to analyzing campaign performance and scaling what works.
This is not a "just send out PR packages" job. It's a high-impact, data-informed, creative role for someone who understands how to turn creators into brand storytellers — and followers into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy Development
Design and execute scalable influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Talent Sourcing & Relationship Management
Identify and build relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Manage outreach, vetting, negotiations, contracts, and ongoing communication.
Campaign Management
Develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: from brief creation and deliverables tracking to content approvals and publishing schedules.
Ensure influencers align with brand voice, values, and guidelines.
Performance Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report on influencer campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI).
Use insights to optimize strategy and scale high-performing partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with social media, creative, paid ads, and PR teams to amplify influencer content and integrate into broader marketing efforts.
Trendspotting & Innovation
Stay ahead of platform updates, creator economy trends, and emerging influencers to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
2–5+ years experience in influencer marketing, preferably in a DTC, CPG, fashion, beauty, tech, or lifestyle brand.
Proven track record of managing high-performing influencer campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong knowledge of influencer platforms, tools, and marketplaces (e.g., GRIN, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Upfluence).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of social media trends and creator ecosystems.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Passionate about storytelling, brand building, and community engagement.
Bonus Points
Experience working with paid influencer whitelisting / boosting.
Existing relationships in the influencer space.
Content creation or creative direction experience.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing or ambassador programs.
