About Us:

Calyx Interio is a turnkey interior solutions company specializing in brand retail outlet design and execution across PAN India. We deliver high-quality retail interiors, commercial spaces, and experience-driven designs for leading national and international brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities with retail brands, architects, project consultants, and builders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, mall leasing teams, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new store openings, brand expansions, and upcoming retail projects.
  • Handle lead generation, client meetings, and presentations to pitch Calyx Interio's capabilities.
  • Coordinate with the design and project team to ensure smooth client communication and proposal follow-ups.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote services.
  • Manage digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain and update client database and CRM.
  • Prepare sales reports and track project conversion ratios.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Interior Design / Architecture (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of retail brands and mall industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing.
  • Willingness to travel across India for business development.
