What You'll Do

  • Create magic through content,
    short videos, founder stories, product clips, and daily office moments that reflect the hustle, culture, and soul of 9to5.

  • Own our digital voice
    across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Every caption, reel, and campaign should "smell" like 9to5.

  • Run performance campaigns
    ads, collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and digital experiments that build visibility, trust, and lead flow.

  • Coordinate & onboard D2C clients
    into our B2B SaaS portal, ensuring smooth communication and creative integration.

  • Collaborate with creators & influencers to
    build meaningful partnerships that amplify the brand story.

  • Work directly with the founders
    to ideate, execute, and iterate bold marketing moves that redefine how India sees onboarding & corporate gifting.


You Should Be

  • A storyteller with an eye for design, trends, and emotion.
  • Someone who scrolls through Instagram and sees
    ideas
    , not just content.
  • Obsessed with creating "this feels different" moments online.
  • Comfortable with editing tools, basic analytics, and campaign dashboards.
  • Hungry to build something iconic not just "manage" social media.
