Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of projects, communicating with stakeholders to ensure timelines are met, and ensuring resources are appropriately allocated. You will be responsible for coordinating among teams, monitoring project progress, maintaining project documentation, and proactively addressing any challenges. The primary focus is on ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining clear communication and fostering collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing project timelines and tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, along with problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team settings as well as independently when needed.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or related roles, ideally in IT or eCommerce industries, is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
