Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a
Project Coordinator with 1-3 years
of working experience in Shopify projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of Shopify projects while ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met. Key tasks include resource allocation, ensuring effective communication between teams and clients, managing project documentation, and identifying potential risks. The Project Coordinator will act as a primary point of contact, striving to ensure project objectives align with client goals and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and coordinating Shopify projects, including familiarity with Shopify tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including the ability to handle project timelines, resource allocation, and communication strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify potential risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency with project management software and a solid understanding of eCommerce-related technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an eCommerce domain or IT company will be a strong advantage.
