About the Role

This role is responsible for creating release reference and Settlement Instructions for Releases and rendering the best outcome to the customer. In-depth understanding of Releases process in detail is one of the key criteria for this role.

  • Work Hours: 8.5 Hours/Day, Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift as per the business requirement
What will your day look like?

As Operations Support Officer, you will:

  • Process items/events with timeliness and accuracy.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Handle queries from ANZ customers & staff.
  • Provide continuing liaison with customers/Brokers/Solicitors through to final resolution.
  • Exercise thorough credit worthiness assessment and sound decision-making.
  • Effectively communicate all credit decisions.
  • Achieves progression to appropriate skill levels within agreed timeframes.
