Windows Admin Active Directory, Group policies, RD Gateway (Remote Desktop), Performance Optimization, Printer configuration, File share permissions

Incident Management:

Respond to and resolve incoming support tickets related to Active Directory.

Prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

Document incident resolution steps and knowledge base articles.

Problem Management:

Identify and analyze recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.

Implement preventive measures to minimize system downtime.

Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.

User Account Management:

Create, modify, and delete user accounts.

Reset passwords and unlock accounts.

Manage user permissions and access rights.

Group Policy Management:Create, modify, and deploy Group Policies to enforce security settings and software configurations.

Troubleshoot Group Policy-related issues, such as slow logon times and policy failures.

Active Directory Administration:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and security audits.

Monitor Active Directory performance and identify potential issues.

Troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues, such as replication problems and domain controller failures.
