Research and Innovation:Plan, design, and coordinate internal research studies to support product development.
Contribute to the evaluation of new scientific technologies and develop unique processes. Perform literature searches and extract relevant information from published protocols andjournals. Stay informed about market trends and consumer preferences to guide product innovation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sensory attributes and overall quality ofproducts.3. Process Optimization:Design, plan, and perform process optimization and scale-up operations to ensure efficientproduction.
