Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Responsibilities include managing customer service operations, ensuring a seamless servicing process, addressing aftersales-related needs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact between customers and workshops, offering guidance and resolving inquiries to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Aftersales experience and expertise in handling service-related inquiries are highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site and in a dynamic team environment
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
- Relevant prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus
