Job Overview
We are seeking a Fresher US AUS Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an on-location full-time position requiring candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, specifically focused on lead generation and cold calling. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills and be adept in using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zoho to effectively connect with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace, essential for managing emails, documents, and spreadsheets efficiently.
- Skilled in Zoom, with the ability to conduct effective and professional virtual meetings with clients and team members.
- Experience in cold calling to initiate contact with potential leads and introduce company services.
- Strong lead generation skills to identify and engage with prospective clients for expanding business opportunities.
- Familiarity with Zoho for customer relationship management tasks ensuring client details and interactions are accurately recorded.
- Telecalling expertise with a focus on addressing client queries and providing information about company offerings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, vital for engaging potential clients and maintaining professional interaction.
- Capability to work independently as well as in a team to meet targets and achieve business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US and Australia to introduce Safebooks Global services.
- Engage potential clients by delivering compelling presentations and building relationships to foster trust.
- Monitor and manage the lead generation process, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to manage customer data, track telecalling activities, and report progress to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing client acquisition and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services to effectively address client needs.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance telecalling techniques and product knowledge.
